American Firearms Training and Tactics (A.F.T.T.) is a professional small arms training source equaled by few surpassed by none.
A.F.T.T. uses the best techniques from around the world and combines them into a comprehensive training system that allows maximum results in a minimum of time and, best of all, at an affordable cost. The A.F.T.T. staff of instructors will come to your facility, thereby reducing your training cost and saving hundreds of man-hours sending students out-of-town.
We offer our system approach of training for all types of small arms: handguns, shotguns, rifles, precision rifles, and sub-machine guns, which, when used with proper tactics for the given weapon, allows our students to control their immediate environment, reducing the need to use deadly force. Confrontation management is emphasized.

Mark Fricke
Director of A.F.T.T., is an N.R.A. certified firearms instructor for all types of small arms (handgun, shotgun, rifle, precision rifle and sub-machinegun) with 25 years of law enforcement experience, both military and civilian. He is an advanced instructor (instructor trainer) and co-chair for the Subject Matter Expert Committee (S.M.E.) on firearms training for the State of Arizona Police Officers Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.), vice president and founding member of the Arizona Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Association, and a staff writer for S.W.A.T. Magazine. As a member and trainer for his agencies Special Tactical Unit he is qualified in the area of tactical training.
Marks broad experience allows him to take the best of the best techniques and mold them into a comprehensive training system. He is involved in training all level of students, from basic Womens Handgun Seminars to elite counter-terrorist and special operations units, both in United States and abroad, and has testified as an expert witness in court on firearms related cases. This experience, combined with a staff of professional firearms instructors, allows for a unique training experience.
